You may mail in your donation and your reservations using this printable form, but we are also accepting online donations and reservations.
We use PayPal.com to process online transactions. The web site and the payment method are secure, and payment can be made from your own PayPal account or by using a major credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account.
| Platinum sponsorships range from $1,000 to $2,000. This level of sponsorship receives a listing in the event program and eight brunch tickets.
